Complaint Details

I'm writing to report serious security concerns with WebCloud Computing's laptop. After the update on March 23, 2025, I discovered is not compatible as claimed that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Fabiola H., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I am asking WebCloud Computing to make this right by replace the defective product.

I appreciate WebCloud Computing reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement subscription box has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
