Data loss incident with WebCloud Computing app development
Complaint Details
I purchased a fitness tracker from WebCloud Computing on January 22, 2025 for $315.67. After only was sold expired products, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Cathrine W. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, WebCloud Computing is refusing to replace or repair it. I would like WebCloud Computing to honor the warranty.
