I purchased a subscription from Law, Law & Chambers Enterprises on March 19, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Crystel G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Law, Law & Chambers Enterprises will address this issue by provide the documentation I requested.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Law, Law & Chambers Enterprises has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their consultation service.
