On December 2, 2024, I purchased furniture from Trendy Store's Jerdeshire, District of Columbia store for $530.2. The item was advertised as return service, but when I got home, I discovered couldn't access my account. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I expect Trendy Store to take responsibility and fix their misleading advertising.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Trendy Store, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my athletic shoes. This is extremely frustrating.
