Order #couldn't access my account never delivered by Trendy Store

I ordered appliance from Trendy Store's website on April 30, 2025 (order #ORD-5872-RZP-9389). When the package arrived, failed to receive confirmation. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Sebastian M. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I hope Trendy Store will address this issue by implement better quality control.
