Wrong items shipped by Trendy Store
Complaint Details
I ordered toy from Trendy Store's website on December 7, 2024 (order #ORD-2238-EHZ-0881). When the package arrived, was transferred multiple times without resolution. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Zena S. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I am requesting that Trendy Store deliver the missing items as soon as possible.
