I am writing regarding order #ORD-4655-OTA-1880 placed with Living & Solutions on December 24, 2024. I paid $335.72 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Braeden B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Living & Solutions to honor the advertised price.
