I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from The Care Vitality Professionals's pharmacy. On February 19, 2025, I received mobility aid with instructions that discovered hidden fees. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Porter L. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am asking The Care Vitality Professionals to make this right by stop their deceptive business practices.
