I had an appointment at The Care Vitality Professionals on January 15, 2025 for vaccination. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and was denied a refund. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Darren K., but have received no satisfactory response. I would like The Care Vitality Professionals to cancel my account without penalty.
