I am writing regarding order #ORD-7914-BRE-1278 placed with Homes Development on December 8, 2024. I paid $420.95 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Junius R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Homes Development to take responsibility and honor the advertised price.

May 19, 2025 05:48Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $289.94 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
