On April 24, 2025, I signed up for Homes Development's warranty service at their Brooklynton, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $837.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elnora L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Homes Development to replace the defective product.
