I purchased a system from Dynamic-Engineering on February 26, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Moshe K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Dynamic-Engineering to make this right by adjust my account balance.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Dynamic-Engineering. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the air purifier I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
