I have been a loyal customer of Dynamic-Construction for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-4002-MSK-8595) on September 23, 1977, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
