I want to report a serious concern with Dynamic-Engineering's system that I purchased on February 16, 2025 from your Turcotteville, Florida store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Carolyne P., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Dynamic-Engineering waive the cancellation fees as soon as possible.
