I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Harmony Clinic's pharmacy. On February 7, 2025, I received medical device with instructions that failed to receive confirmation. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Emelie O. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am asking Harmony Clinic to make this right by issue a formal apology.

I want to acknowledge that Harmony Clinic has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $489.32 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $489.32 for a wireless speaker that never worked properly.
