After subscribing to Nano-Ware Brasilia's software subscription on November 30, 2024, I've experienced constant arrived significantly late. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-7800-PXL-6858) and spent hours on calls with Katherine L. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am requesting that Nano-Ware Brasilia extend my warranty period as soon as possible.
