Subscription billing issues with BotHyper software subscription
Complaint Details
After subscribing to BotHyper's cybersecurity on May 15, 2025, I've experienced constant was denied a refund. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-8531-AVT-8371) and spent hours on calls with Alanna S. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I hope BotHyper will address this issue by replace the defective product.

Apr 30, 2025 05:54I want to acknowledge that BotHyper has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $354.61 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $354.61 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
