I'm writing to report serious security concerns with Virtual-Wave's digital camera. After the update on May 18, 2025, I discovered discovered hidden fees that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Kurt L., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I am asking Virtual-Wave to make this right by issue a formal apology.
