I purchased a service plan from The Smart Scholars on December 28, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jett C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope The Smart Scholars will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.

After speaking with John Rodriguez from the Client Satisfaction at The Smart Scholars, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
