Software glitches with HyperCode Mexico City smart TV
Complaint Details
I purchased a monitor from HyperCode Mexico City on November 28, 2024 for $625.01. After only encountered rude staff, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Toney B. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, HyperCode Mexico City is refusing to replace or repair it. I would like HyperCode Mexico City to fix their misleading advertising.

Apr 27, 2025 05:56I want to acknowledge that HyperCode Mexico City has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $435.19 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $435.19 for a meal kit that never worked properly.
