On February 28, 2025, I purchased gift card from Mart Express's Bettyeview, Louisiana store for $452.97. The item was advertised as loyalty program, but when I got home, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am requesting that Mart Express extend my warranty period as soon as possible.
