Gift card issues with Mart Express

I ordered gift card from Mart Express's website on February 1, 2025 (order #ORD-0116-CUS-3756). When the package arrived, is not compatible as claimed. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Abdiel M. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I would like Mart Express to make their terms and conditions clearer.

May 26, 2025 05:52I've received an email from Elizabeth Thompson at Mart Express offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The winter coat was clearly defective from the start.
