I purchased a subscription from Counsel & Advisors Inc. on December 31, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced had allergic reaction not warned about. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Roderick L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Counsel & Advisors Inc. to take responsibility and waive the cancellation fees.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Counsel & Advisors Inc. has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their loyalty program.
