AILink Labs Holdings tech support failed to resolve encountered rude staff

After subscribing to AILink Labs Holdings's data backup on December 24, 2024, I've experienced constant experienced frequent disconnections. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-3117-VJT-3261) and spent hours on calls with Taryn O. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I hope AILink Labs Holdings will address this issue by adjust my account balance.

May 24, 2025 05:36After speaking with James Thomas from the Product Support at AILink Labs Holdings, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
