System crash after AILink Labs Holdings gaming console update

I purchased a laptop from AILink Labs Holdings on May 14, 2025 for $124.74. After only was billed multiple times, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Jessy O. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, AILink Labs Holdings is refusing to replace or repair it. I would like AILink Labs Holdings to fix their misleading advertising.
