Misleading specifications for AILink Labs Holdings software license

I purchased a smartphone from AILink Labs Holdings on December 10, 2024 for $143.65. After only is missing essential components, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Tressie E. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, AILink Labs Holdings is refusing to replace or repair it. I expect AILink Labs Holdings to take responsibility and stop their deceptive business practices.
