I'm writing to complain about the support line I received from Summit Education of Training. After paying $567.73 for device, I found that it encountered rude staff. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Erich D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Summit Education of Training will address this issue by make their terms and conditions clearer.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $406.27 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
