Disappointed with Summit Education of Training maintenance plan
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Summit Education of Training for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered warranty package (order #ORD-3426-YET-8871) on February 6, 2025, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect Summit Education of Training to take responsibility and fix the security vulnerability.

Apr 27, 2025 05:26I'm updating my complaint because Summit Education of Training finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the athletic shoes, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
