Overcharged by Domain of Urban for subscription service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1595-IKF-1492 placed with Domain of Urban on February 17, 2025. I paid $82.29 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered was charged incorrectly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alexanne M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope Domain of Urban will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.
