Domain of Urban failed to honor their commitment

On May 22, 2025, I signed up for Domain of Urban's support line at their East Travis, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include warranty package, but after paying $155.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gabriella B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Domain of Urban honor the advertised price as soon as possible.
