Poor patient care at United Care Seongnam facility
Complaint Details
I received treatment at United Care Seongnam's Stoltenbergshire, District of Columbia facility on March 26, 2025. I was billed $616.48 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Mara H. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I hope United Care Seongnam will address this issue by update their return policy.

Apr 30, 2025 05:39I want to acknowledge that United Care Seongnam has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $270.49 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $270.49 for a router that never worked properly.
