Complaint Details
I had an appointment at United Care Seongnam on December 11, 2024 for physical therapy. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and arrived significantly late. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Ericka L., but have received no satisfactory response. I am requesting that United Care Seongnam correct my personal information as soon as possible.
