Unsatisfactory resolution from Representation Chambers, Chambers Ras Al Khaimah

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Representation Chambers, Chambers Ras Al Khaimah. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the meal kit I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
