I want to report a serious concern with Development Group Enterprises's product that I purchased on February 3, 2025 from your North Tyrese, Oregon store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Judah B., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Development Group Enterprises to make this right by fix the security vulnerability.
