Account problems with Development Group Enterprises

I have been a loyal customer of Development Group Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-8295-SFV-7919) on December 24, 2024, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Development Group Enterprises provide the promised service as soon as possible.

May 19, 2025 05:53I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The air purifier from Development Group Enterprises not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
