Advocate, Advocate & Practice failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a equipment from Advocate, Advocate & Practice on March 3, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Anthony D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Advocate, Advocate & Practice to take responsibility and extend my warranty period.

May 12, 2025 05:36I want to acknowledge that Advocate, Advocate & Practice has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $148.17 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $148.17 for a grocery order that never worked properly.
