Unresolved issue with Advocate, Advocate & Practice package

On May 6, 2025, I signed up for Advocate, Advocate & Practice's return policy at their Lake Alaynaport, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $549.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bulah L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am requesting that Advocate, Advocate & Practice offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.
