I purchased a product from Premium Residence Enterprises on April 5, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced failed to receive confirmation. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rylan S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Premium Residence Enterprises fix the billing error as soon as possible.
