I'm writing to report serious security concerns with Quantum Studios Ajman International's gaming console. After the update on February 24, 2025, I discovered had repeated billing errors that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Freddie M., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I am requesting that Quantum Studios Ajman International ensure this doesn't happen to other customers as soon as possible.
