I'm writing to report serious security concerns with Quantum Studios Ajman International's external hard drive. After the update on March 9, 2025, I discovered has a manufacturing defect that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Laverna B., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I am requesting that Quantum Studios Ajman International provide a full refund as soon as possible.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $180.67 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
