Compatibility issues with Nano Applications digital camera

I purchased a wireless earbuds from Nano Applications on March 14, 2025 for $177.86. After only was promised features that don't exist, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Lola G. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, Nano Applications is refusing to replace or repair it. I expect Nano Applications to take responsibility and expedite the delivery of my order.

May 24, 2025 05:44I want to acknowledge that Nano Applications has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $433.62 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $433.62 for a specialty coffee that never worked properly.
