I had an appointment at The Med Vitality Institute Omsk Inc. on May 6, 2025 for diagnostic testing. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and experienced frequent disconnections. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Yvette P., but have received no satisfactory response. I hope The Med Vitality Institute Omsk Inc. will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.
