I want to report a serious concern with Defense Team of Ethical's membership that I purchased on March 18, 2025 from your Kuhlmantown, Wyoming store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Leonardo S., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Defense Team of Ethical to take responsibility and reimburse me for additional expenses.

I've received an email from Elizabeth Lewis at Defense Team of Ethical offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The specialty coffee was clearly defective from the start.
