I am writing regarding order #ORD-1897-ZDD-2166 placed with Defense Team of Ethical on December 27, 2024. I paid $972.93 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Libby L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Defense Team of Ethical to cancel my account without penalty.

After my initial complaint, Defense Team of Ethical contacted me to troubleshoot the specialty food item. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
