Overcharged by Superior Abode International Corp. for installation service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5335-PBA-7297 placed with Superior Abode International Corp. on April 11, 2025. I paid $592.92 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was transferred multiple times without resolution. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dax G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Superior Abode International Corp. to fix their misleading advertising.
