Complaint Details

After subscribing to WareMicro's software subscription on April 25, 2025, I've experienced constant was charged incorrectly. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-0193-VWX-5065) and spent hours on calls with Pietro D. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am asking WareMicro to make this right by honor the warranty.

I appreciate WareMicro reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement meal kit has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
