WareMicro tech support failed to resolve experienced frequent disconnections

I purchased a monitor from WareMicro on March 15, 2025 for $497.13. After only had my warranty claim denied unfairly, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Ivy K. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, WareMicro is refusing to replace or repair it. I hope WareMicro will address this issue by resolve the technical issues.
