On February 17, 2025, I signed up for Knowledge Campus of Advancement's maintenance plan at their Lindgrenberg, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $951.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hortense W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Knowledge Campus of Advancement to make this right by fix the billing error.

The situation with Knowledge Campus of Advancement has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the expedited shipping, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-52AA16FC multiple times.
