Frustrated with Properties & Partners Mérida's lack of response

I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Properties & Partners Mérida. After paying $763.25 for service plan, I found that it received the wrong item. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Justyn L., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that Properties & Partners Mérida extend my warranty period as soon as possible.
