I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Health Medical Foundation's pharmacy. On January 8, 2025, I received supplement with instructions that had my warranty claim denied unfairly. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Megane G. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I hope Health Medical Foundation will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.
